Any dispute relating to the application, execution and/or interpretation of these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal.
In the event of non-compliance with any of these Terms, IEVA Group reserves the right to pursue the offender by any legal means available, regardless of the nature of the infringement.
