Jean Michel Karam
Chairman of the Board of Directors
A PhD in micro-technologies (Grenoble INP) and engineer from ESIEE Paris, Jean Michel Karam founded MEMSCAP in 1997, which he listed on the stock exchange in 2001, before creating IOMA Paris and then IEVA Group in 2020. As the Group's reference shareholder, he drives the strategic and technological vision of the IEVA Tech, IEVA Beauty, IEVA Experience and IEVA Media & Communities ecosystem, in service of "Beautiful Longevity."
Michèle Benzeno
Independent Director
A leading figure in media, digital and influence, Michèle Benzeno is an expert in digital transformation in hypergrowth environments. A founding member of Webedia, she served as CEO for ten years, leading more than 40 acquisitions in France and internationally. She teaches at Sciences Po and ESCP Business School, and is currently developing a new entrepreneurial venture connected to the TV show "Qui Veut Être Mon Associé."
Caroline Pois
Independent Director
An experienced leader in media, communications and advertising, Caroline Pois has held senior positions at Lagardère Active, Prisma Presse, JCDecaux and Groupe Figaro, notably overseeing the ELLE and ELLE Décoration brands. For the past six years, as senior consultant for Reworld Media, she has built the EnVols media ecosystem for Air France and led a two-year mission for Accor (Sofitel, MGallery).
Joël Palix
Independent Director
A veteran of the beauty industry, Joël Palix led Thierry Mugler and then the Clarins group, where he served as CEO from 2008 to 2013 (including Clarins Fragrance Group, Mugler and Azzaro), before heading the UK e-commerce company Feelunique. He has served on IEVA's Board of Directors since 2019, bringing sector expertise and deep knowledge of e-commerce in beauty.
Crédit Mutuel Innovation
Represented by Stéphane Simoncini, Director
Stéphane Simoncini joined Crédit Mutuel Equity in 2005 and then Crédit Mutuel Innovation in 2008, where he has led the Deeptech division since 2021. He sits on the boards of several portfolio companies, including IEVA Group, Eldim, Hardis, Planity, Robart and Diota. His seat on the Board reflects the long-standing strategic partnership between IEVA Group and Crédit Mutuel Innovation.

Represented by Luis Pereira, Director
Luis Pereira is Senior Investment Officer at Bpifrance Investissement (Large Cap), specializing in listed investments, which he joined in 2020 after an earlier role at broker AlphaValue. He currently oversees Bpifrance's holdings in Bureau Veritas, Ipsos, Nexans and STMicroelectronics. His appointment marks the very first investment by Bpifrance's BlueSpring 1 fund, dedicated to French Small Caps, in IEVA Group.
